This team serves as the Shine Women Leaders at beacon, bringing a heart for mentorship, discipleship, and creating spaces where women can grow spiritually and build authentic community. We are passionate about helping women embrace their God-given light, live boldly for Jesus, and reflect His love in every area of life.

Welcome

Welcome to Shine Women! We are here to reflect the light of Jesus, to shine boldly, encourage each other, and live fully for Him. At Shine, women discover adventure, sisterhood, and a life lived intentionally for God. Our goal is to help every woman let her light shine (Matthew 5:16), never allowing the world to dim it.

What we Do

Shine Women empower women to shine in all areas of life through two key pathways:

Exciting Gatherings, Events, and Adventures: Fun, inspiring activities that build relationships and create memories while encouraging women to live boldly in Christ.
Grace & Grow Bible Studies and Spiritual Growth: Thoughtful, empowering studies to understand God’s Word and who we are in Him, so we can shine in His image.

Additional ways we create space for women to shine:

Provide mentorship, encouragement, and prayer support
Build a community of sisterhood, accountability, and spiritual growth
Foster safe, welcoming environments for learning, fellowship, and worship.

Serve With Us

Serve with Shine Women if you are passionate about uplifting other women, sharing your gifts, and helping them grow in faith and confidence. Whether you love planning events, leading Bible studies, mentoring, or supporting behind the scenes, your heart for God and for women will be valued and used to glorify Him.

Ways to Serve

Lead or co-lead Bible studies and small groups
Plan and host gatherings, events, or adventures
Offer mentorship, prayer, and one-on-one encouragement
Support behind the scenes with setup, hospitality, and logistics
Pray for the women of beacon and the broader community
